I’m not planning on buying music from VCast. What I am planning on doing is to transfer music from my CDs (possibly on ITunes) onto the phone. I’ve heard multiple answers. One is that the Essentials kit is needed, and another that it is a waste of money and music can be transferred by merely using a data cable.

I really don’t have a lot of mney for CDs, maybe a few, but I have too many bands I like and I can’t get them all. My mom isn’t too fond about paying for my songs on itunes, either. I really want to pay respect to the bands I like by actually paying for their music, does anyone know where I can get music for cheap or something?

I have a 30gb Zune, and there’s no setting or anything on it for wireless music transfer. My dad said tha the guy at the store said it just sucks the music off of a nearby zune.
